In our pursuit of a limber and stress-free body, let’s focus on a muscle that often bears the burden of our worries – the trapezius. Join us as we explore some straightforward yet impactful stretching techniques to show your trapezius muscle the care and attention it deserves!

The Hamstring Muscles

The hamstring muscles are a group of muscles (semitendinosus, semimembranosus, and biceps femoris) located at the back of your thigh. These muscles play a huge role in various movements such as walking, running, and bending the knee. However, when they become tight or inflexible, they can limit your range of motion and increase the risk of injury.
